House Rules and Accommodation Terms
Welcome to our apartment. Please follow these rules for the comfort and safety of all guests.
1. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is available from 14:00 unless otherwise agreed.
- Check-out is by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.
- When leaving, switch off the air conditioning and lights and lock the apartment.
- Leave the keys and lift key fob in the key box next to the door.
2. Number of guests
- Only people listed in the booking may use the apartment.
- Additional visitors require prior approval from the owner.
3. Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
- Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or in designated outdoor areas.
- Do not throw cigarette butts from the balcony.
4. Pets
- Pets are allowed only by prior agreement.
5. Quiet hours
- Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00.
- Be considerate of neighbours and other resort guests.
6. Air conditioning and appliances
- Use the air conditioning responsibly and switch it off when leaving.
- Do not leave electrical appliances unattended, except equipment intended for continuous operation.
7. Safety
- Always lock the door and close the windows when leaving.
- Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal belongings.
- The owner is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal property.
8. Balcony safety
- Exercise caution on the balcony and do not climb over the railing.
- Children must be supervised by an adult.
9. Pool and common areas
- Follow the resort rules.
- Children must be supervised by an adult near the pool.
- Use of the pool is at your own risk.
10. Damage
- Treat the apartment and its equipment with care.
- Report damage or malfunction to the owner as soon as possible.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
11. Emergencies
- In case of fire, injury or another emergency, contact local emergency services and the apartment owner.

12. Acceptance
- By submitting a booking, guests confirm that they have read, accepted and will follow these rules.
